Program Description This program is designed to provide the general education and broad technical skills needed in the career and technical education fields. There is an approved agreement to provide a seamless articulation of credits for students who earn an A.S. degree in Technical Education from Casper College to transfer to Valley City State University to earn their B.S. degree in Technology Education. Students should contact VCSU for information about transferability and credits.
